Coach Kahlil

Kahlil Wyche is a serialpreneur, local marketing, and social media expert who has been connecting people and products through technology for more than a decade. As founder of Catering To Your Whims, Inc. & KGW Enterprises LLC, he drew on his diverse experience in marketing, sales and business acumen to create a platform for professionals to promote their work, share their expertise, seize business opportunities, and interact with consumers. His innovative and unparalleled ability to harness the power of social networks to increase the bottom line has made him a sought after marketing expert and speaker. Equipped with over two decades of experience in sales, implementation of systems & building teams, Kahlil uses his expertise to empower local business owners, through various in-person workshops and online training. In 2008 he served as the Vice President and Executive Chef of a major catering firm in South Jersey, Abundant Harvest Catering Inc. Kahlil challenged conventional business wisdom and transformed a traditional church “kitchen” into a world-class customer service, food production driven organization. He is credited with masterminding strategies and leading a team that increased revenues in overcoming a deficit that predated his tenure. Before launching his companies, Kahlil worked in the IT & Marketing Department of Commerce Bancorp for about nine years where he cultivated partnerships with leading service providers such as NCR, Cisco Systems, and Nortel. Commerce Bancorp is now known as TD Bank, which is one of the ten largest banks in the US. As general manager of Lone Star Steak House & Saloon, his store ranked as the top unit in his region and one of the top 100 units in the entire footprint. He also won best new coach award when he served as a coach with Dale Carnegie, for Success Unlimited Inc. Eager to share his talents and resources with others, Kahlil has collaborated with various nonprofit and for-profit organizations to strengthen the awareness of sustainability.

A natural connector, he has created a podcast called The BalancedPreneur that will launch in

Fall of 2023. This podcast teaches both aspiring entrepreneurs as well as seasoned entrepreneurs

how to live a balanced life while increasing productivity & profitability. A longtime fan of the work of Les Brown, Zig Ziglar, Willie Jolley, Eric Thomas, Tony Evans, & Jim Rohn, Kahlil operates in partnership with local businesses helping them work “on “building their business, instead of working “in” their business; by helping them develop systems and training their teams on leadership principles. Having seen for himself the profound impact of having a personal development plan on leadership and business. Kahlil is excited about the difference he can make in business in the local footprint as well as across the world through exploiting what he sees as potentially the most powerful and relevant model available to businesses and leaders seeking sustainable success in the post-recession economy.

Being a philanthropist Kahlil has working relationships with organizations such as Susan Komen, The Covenant House, Red Cross, Cathedral Kitchen and many other faith-based organizations as well. His real passion lies in working with at-risk youth and young adults. He also is on the Board of Directors for the non-profit organization Beyond Expectation, treasurer for the Non-Profit Peer Network. For the past 12 years, he has devoted his time to empowering the next generation of leaders, teaching and mentoring in what many call tough love, Kahlil Wyche has launched his non-profit organization called Chef Kares. Chef Kares provides training in the areas of entrepreneurship, life skills, banking, spirituality and military physical training will be the components of this program. Kahlil has also served as Sous Chef for the United States Army, for which he received an honorable discharge after dedicated years of service to his country. On October of 2016 after 5 intense years of seminary school, Kahlil took the next step in his walk with God and became an ordained minister. After moving into this role, he has taken on a part time role of counseling individuals and families through Biblical principals.

In his spare time he enjoys traveling, reading, building websites and photography. On his bucket list he has the following agenda: Travel to Hawaii and stay for 21 days, write and publish 25 books in the self-help industry, build a Christian base family resort, take his Mom, Stepmom, Godmother & Grandmother to Catalina Island for a 12 day excursion. Kahlil & Elena, his wife of 29 years, reside in Southern New Jersey.
